Candidate Quality
We are committed to face-to-face interviewing good candidates where logistically possible. Where this is not possible we will thoroughly pre-screen candidates either by Skype or verbally to ensure they are suitable.
Before any successful contract candidate begins work with yourselves, we will supply you with AT LEAST ONE professional reference on the candidate.
Where logistically possible, we will technically assess those candidates we forward to you.
General Service
Every single interaction between you and a representative of Qualserv will be conducted in a courteous, friendly and positive way.
We are committed to returning your calls and any messages you leave for us as soon as possible.
We encourage client meetings so that the state of our business relationship can be continually assessed.
Our permanent fees only apply to an applicant’s starting salary. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge for items such as car allowance, annual bonus, etc
Post-placement Service
Qualserv are committed to signing up contractors as soon as possible after offer acceptance.
All contract paperwork will be sent out to you within 24 hours of a contractor signing a contract.
Soon after a contractor starts working with you, we will make a courtesy call to you and the contractor to make sure all is well.
We endeavour to keep in touch with candidates placed on a permanent basis with you during their notice periods to ensure that there are no last minute problems.
